Artist's Comments

Painted in 2005, but only this time I can submit this work. Painted by airbrush and little details - by thin brush.

Original size: 53x35 cm.

Interesting: I have found out, that this picture can be considered under different turns - it does not have top and a bottom:)

SPACE ANALOGY by =DarthEldarious is truly a remarkable artwork. With purely alien elements this piece is filled with an exotic and mesmerising array of scenery - and its abstract and surreal sense beckons the viewers interest. It is, as equally so as it is interesting, just as beautiful in form and rendition. (Suggested by `j4m3sb0nd and Featured by ^taenaron)

This is utterly fantastic. I have no idea how you did the nebulae in the background, but they look real and amazingly vibrant. I also love the chrome lighting effects, and the way you almost hide some elements in the painting such as the alien on the left.

There's a very hopefull feeling about this piece. Love it.

Approximately about one year I couldn't scan or make reproduction of this picture =)))

Here I tried to squeeze out maximum from old unpretentious airbrush which I have bought for 15 dollars in 2003 :) The inexpensive technics is working well too, isn't? ;)))
:iconrikkenian:
Absolutely! It looks far better than what I can do right now.

Now that that is out of the way: This is so absolutely stunning, Eldar! The colors glow and breathe and have that look of what you see from the Hubble space telescope. This is so vivid and alive - and the perspective just gives it so much more power. You are amazing :) I am so glad to know you!

on the scale of worlds, to say nothing of stars and galaxies, humans are inconsequential. a thin film of life, on an obscure and solitary lump of rock and metal.

It took me 2 hours to finish an artwork. It will take a lifetime to be a real artist.
